I’m the Baseball Cap Capitalist.
Not because I’m trying to look cool…
…but because I’ve spent most of my life getting my hands dirty, building, fixing, growing and winning in the real world—long before I ever put on a suit or earned credentials with fancy initials after my name.
I bought my first shares at 14 years old, using money my father lent me—then paid back.
That early exposure to markets, leverage, and the psychology of money planted the seed that would eventually become my obsession:

Not just any mechanic—
a Light Vehicle Automotive Technician trained inside Nissan Australia’s #1 commercial dealership, graduating as apprentice of the year, and later becoming Workshop Foreman at Nissan’s #1 overall dealer in the country.
Translation:
I learned how to diagnose, solve and optimise systems FAST—
because in the workshop, you don’t get paid for theory.
You get paid for results.
I spent 3 years the wild world of Used Japanese Auto Imports—
one of Australia’s busiest and most profitable operations—
where clients are fussy, turnover is rapid,
and only the sharp survive.
I didn’t just survive.
I learned the DNA of profitable business models from the inside out.
This all prepared me for my own business.
Bootstrapped.
Zero debt.
Just sweat, skill and the unshakeable belief that capitalism rewards those who create value.
Over the next 11+ years I:
Grew NET PROFIT by 500%+
Nearly tripled capital on exit
Created a business that ran like a machine—because I built it like one.
No luck.
No subsidies.
Just systems, strategy, marketing, numbers, and relentless execution.

While building my company, I studied. Hard.
Not casually.
Not weekend-YouTube-rabbit-hole-stuff.
I studied markets, finance, behavioral economics, human motivation, persuasion, and capitalism for decades—
guided by some of the best marketers and strategic thinkers on the planet.
I trained directly under Mal Emery, one of Australia’s most ruthless direct-response strategists.
I was mentored by Mark Selbst—the legendary “All Head” copywriter and GKIC International Marketer of the Year.
And I reinforced that with formal qualifications:
Postgraduate Graduate Certificate in Management (Professional Practice)
Diploma in Marketing
Certificate IV in Small Business Management
Certificate IV in Human Resources
Trade Qualification in Automotive Mechanics
Some people have theory.
Some people have scars.
I have both.
My philosophy is simple:
Value creation comes first.
Human behavior drives everything.
Real wealth is built through targeted action, not random effort.
Marketing is the single most powerful leverage point in business.
Capitalism rewards the focused, the hungry and the unapologetic.

If you're looking for someone to coddle you, sugarcoat the truth, or pretend success is manifesting crystals and “alignment”…
I’m not your guy!
But…
If you want someone who has lived capitalism from the workshop floor to the boardroom—
who has bootstrapped, built, bought, scaled, sold, invested, marketed and won—
then you’re in the right place.

Because I’m not a theorist.
I’m a capitalist.
I understand:
Markets
Money
Mechanics of business growth
Human behavior and decision-making
Marketing that actually sells
Systems that stop businesses from choking as they scale
The psychology of customers, staff, and owners
I help businesses grow because I’ve done it.
I help owners think sharper because I’ve lived it.
I help marketers market better because I was trained by killers, not gurus.

The cap isn’t fashion.
It’s a signal.
A reminder that I’m always ready for work.
Always ready for the next idea.
Always studying, watching markets, analyzing behavior, and refining the process of turning capitalism into a tool—not a dream.
I am unapologetically capitalist, focused and hungry.
And I help others become the same.
